| Programme & Timing | The conference will take place as a full-day programme. Registration will open in the morning; the exact time will be confirmed. The detailed agenda and confirmed speakers will be published separately. Participants are kindly invited to arrive at least 15 minutes before the official opening. |
| Travel Information | From Brussels Airport (BRU): Direct train to Brussels Central Station (approx. 20 minutes) Taxi: approx. 25–35 minutes depending on traffic From Brussels Midi Station (Eurostar / Thalys): Metro to Arts-Loi or Trône Taxi: approx. 15–20 minutes Nearest metro stations: Trône Arts-Loi Brussels Central Station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the venue. |
| Registration | Registration is mandatory. Participation will be confirmed upon completion of the registration process and payment (where applicable). |
| Catering | Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided during the conference. Participants are kindly invited to indicate any dietary requirements at the time of registration. |
