The Palace of the Academies is located in the European Quarter of Brussels, within walking distance of major European institutions and easily accessible by public transport.
The conference will take place as a full-day programme.
Registration will open in the morning (exact time to be confirmed).
The detailed agenda and confirmed speakers will be published separately.
Participants are kindly invited to arrive at least 15 minutes before the official opening.
From Brussels Airport (BRU):
Direct train to Brussels Central Station (approx. 20 minutes)
Taxi: approx. 25–35 minutes depending on traffic
From Brussels Midi Station (Eurostar/Thalys):
Metro to Arts-Loi or Trône
Taxi: approx. 15–20 minutes

Brussels Central Station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the venue.
Registration is mandatory.
Participation will be confirmed upon completion of the registration process and payment (where applicable).
Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided during the conference.
Participants are kindly invited to indicate any dietary requirements at the time of registration.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and travel.
