The conference will provide a high-level platform to reflect on the role of women leaders in higher education at a time of increasing global uncertainty, geopolitical fragmentation, and societal transformation. It will highlight leadership strategies, institutional resilience, academic values, and the responsibility of universities in advancing democracy, knowledge, and international cooperation.
Sub-themes will focus on the need for values-led leadership and gender-inclusive approaches to artificial intelligence in academia, examining how academic leadership can respond ethically and strategically to technological and geopolitical change.
