All participants should be registered until April 15, 2019. Cancellations of conference delegate registrations must be communicated to EWORA, in writing by e-mail to info@ewora.org
You can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, until April 13, 2018. From April 14, to April 29, 2019 you can cancel your registration and receive a 50% refund. After April 29, 2018 we will not be able to refund your fee, if you cancel your participation. If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, your fee will not be refunded. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. EWORA does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs.
EWORA reserves the right to cancel the unpaid registrations without notice.
