EWORA is pleased to announce that the EWORA 2027 Annual Event will take place on 15 June 2027 at the Medical University of Łódź.
The event will bring together the EWORA community for discussions and exchanges dedicated to women’s leadership in academia, gender equality and the future of higher education.

The EWORA 2027 Annual Event will explore how women leaders in higher education can shape the future of universities at a time of rapid technological, social and institutional change.
Under the theme “Strategic Foresight and Women’s Leadership: AI, Ethics and Equality”, the event will create space for reflection and exchange on artificial intelligence, evolving models of academic leadership and the continuing pursuit of gender equality.
University leaders, academics and experts will consider how strategic foresight, ethical decision-making and inclusive leadership can help shape resilient and equitable higher education systems.
