EWORA Conference 2024: "Gender Equality in the Academy is Fragile: Is Values-Led Leadership the Answer?"

The European Women Rectors Association (EWORA) is pleased to announce its 2025 conference, focused on the ongoing challenges and opportunities in achieving gender equality in higher education. This year’s theme, “Gender Equality in the Academy is Fragile: Is Values-Led Leadership the Answer?”, will explore the need for leadership that is rooted in values, especially in the context of advancing gender equality within academic institutions.
