New EWORA Position Paper Published

EWORA is pleased to announce the publication of its new position paper, co-authored by Prof. Kerstin Tham, President of EWORA and Former Vice-Chancellor of Malmö University, and Prof. Pamela Gillies, EWORA Board Member and Former Vice-Chancellor of Glasgow Caledonian University.

The paper highlights the importance of values-led leadership in building inclusive, equitable, and resilient academic environments. It underlines the need to strengthen gender equality policies, embed institutional accountability, and create sustainable leadership pathways for women in higher education.

Drawing on best practices and personal leadership experiences, the paper offers both a reflection on progress achieved and a call to action for continued institutional transformation.
