• 29th Anniversary of the Magna Charta Universitatum University values for today: Central European perspectives and challenges, 30 and 31 August 2017 in Pécs, Hungary. Prof. Gulsun Saglamer  hosted a World Café Session in this conference on the topic "RESOLUTION RESISTANT SEGREGATION: Gender Equality".

•  Lunch Debate at the European Parliament in Brussels, 6 September 2017 from 11.00 till 14.00 (This event is organised by the European Platform of Women Scientists EPWS and kindly hosted by MEP Dr. Laima Andrikienė)  Prof. Saglamer contributed to the roundtable discussion titled "Success, Resistance and Further Steps" as a panelist.
