EWORA and PERSPEKTYWY has co-organised a special meeting titled "Moving Forward More Women Academics Beyond the Glass Ceiling" for women rectors, vice-rectors, and deans interested in building managerial careers at their universities. The event took place on 27th of November between 10:00 and 12:00 as a part of Women in Tech Summit which was held on Warsaw on 27 - 28 November, 2018.
The attendees were women leaders from Australia, Poland, Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. The event was a great opportunity to learn about EWORA's activities and to exchange experiences related to conditions for women's careers at HEI's.
