It is a pleasure to announce the podcast interview series titled “Breaking the glass ceiling: Conversations with women leaders in academia”.

The campaign is being organised in partnership with the  Science|Business Network, Elsevier Foundation, and the European Women Rectors Association (EWORA), and  feature 15 prominent women rectors or presidents. Our joint objective is to highlight inspiring personal career journeys and gather recommendations about gender equality in science and academic leadership in the context of the nascent discussions towards the 10^th Framework Programme of Research and Innovation (FP10).
