Prof. Gulsun Saglamer's article titled "Two paths to equality

Increasing female leadership in research means linking bottom-up and top-down efforts"  has been published in Research Europe issue no. 591 dated 14 September 2023. 

 

In her commentary article, Saglamer highlights the significance of a holistic approach in order to deal with gender inequalities in academia, especially in the STEM fields.
